Invest Smart ! Invest in Land !

Greetings From  REYDEN Developers!!!

History
PUNE was featured as one of the top emerging city in the world. Forbes Magazine also rated the city as the 3rd best in the World’s top new business hubs after Chengdu in China & Toulouse in France.
The reasons for the appreciation of the land around this place basically, is the townships that have developed in the first phase of IT/BT park i.e. Paranjape’s Blue Ridge scheme, Megapolis of Kumar Builders in the third phase and the recent Kolte Patil’s township of 450 acres that is in Marunji village. There are residential projects also coming up in Marunji like Air Castle of Rama Group and City Group would also be launching their project very soon.
The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority will be playing a major role in the development of this region in the next 3-4 years.  In the first phase it would be covering 50 kms radius from the corporation limits, and fortunately all our projects happen to fall under the limits eventually appreciating the land again by 2 folds. Also, the road leading towards Somatane phata will be widened by 120 feet.
